Returns & Replacements

We stand behind our products and will gladly repair or replace any defective merchandise (see our warranty information). We also accept returns of UNOPENED and UNUSED products (within 30 days of purchase), provided that you pay shipping. We do not accept returns of opened or used products except for warranty reasons. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.

One Year Limited Warranty

M K Peters Enterprises, LLC guarantees that our products are manufactured free from material and workmanship defects. M K Peters Enterprises, LLC will replace (or repair at its discretion) products with original manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is valid for original purchaser only and is non-transferable. This warranty does not apply and is void if products have been misused, misplaced, modified, or otherwise damaged through use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. All seams are inspected prior to shipping. This warranty does not apply to products manufactured by others. (They may carry their own warranty.) In no event will M K Peters Enterprises, LLC, be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this limited warranty. This product is not to be used as a life saving device.
